Blended malt

Le blended malt est un whisky qui découle du mélange (« blend » en anglais) de plusieurs whiskies de malt issus de distilleries différentes. La particularité du blended malt, aussi appelé « vatted malt » ou « pure malt », est donc d’être composé exclusivement de différents whiskies issus de la distillation d’orge malté.
